Sour Cream

Soft, tart Sour Cream can be used in baking to make softer cookies and cakes. When the chopped, spicy 

  • cheongyang red pepper is added, it can be used as a pizza sauce.
    Yogurt(or thick fermented milk) (250ml)(150ml),
    Fresh Cream (500g), Lemon Juice (30g)

1 Put the thick fermented milk or plain yogurt, fresh cream and lemon juice in a bowl and stir it well.
2 Set the time and temperature of the Greek Yogurt & Cheese Maker manually (12 hours, 35°C) to make the sour cream.
