1. IMPROPER USE: Kuvings will not be liable for parts or labor for component failure or other damage resulting from improper use or installation or failure to clean and/or maintain the product in accordance with the instruction manual provided with each unit.
2. IMPROPER ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS: Kuvings is not responsible for the repair or replacement of failed or damaged components resulting from a power outage, use of extension cords, low voltage or brownouts in the unit.
3. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: This warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, handling, abuse, misuse, or harsh chemicals. It also does not cover products from which the serial number has been removed or altered, or modifications made by unauthorized service personnel, or damage caused by flood or fire.
4. This warranty does not apply to products sold or used outside of the UK and Kuvings is not responsible for any warranty claims.
